Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Loomacord, a software service operated from Kentucky, USA, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use loomacord.com and related Loomacord services.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, hashed password, account settings, organization details you choose to provide, and support communications.
- User content: prompts, conversations, documents, images, audio, video, code, URLs, and other materials you submit for processing.
- Outputs and work records: generated responses and the records needed to display, save, meter, troubleshoot, and secure your work.
- Usage and device data: features used, credit consumption, timestamps, IP address, browser and device information, logs, diagnostics, security events, and referral or acquisition data.
- Billing information: plan, transaction status, billing country, and limited payment metadata supplied by the payment processor. Loomacord does not store full card numbers.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and personalize the Service; route requested work to AI and infrastructure providers; authenticate accounts; meter credits; process payments; save work; prevent fraud and abuse; diagnose failures; communicate about the account; improve reliability and features; enforce our policies; and comply with law.
Loomacord does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Loomacord does not use your content to train its own foundation model. Third-party AI providers handle submitted data under their own terms and privacy commitments.
3. AI and service providers
The provider used depends on the model or feature you choose. Providers may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, OpenRouter and its downstream hosts, Replicate and its downstream hosts, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Apify, Resend, hosting and database providers, and the payment processor identified at checkout when payments are enabled. We transmit only the information reasonably needed to perform the requested operation, operate the account, prevent abuse, or complete a transaction.
Provider availability and our provider list may change as Loomacord evolves. Where a routing service uses a downstream model host, that host may also process the submitted content needed for the request.
4. Payment information
When checkout is enabled, payments are collected directly by the independent processor named in the checkout experience. That processor—not Loomacord—collects full card or wallet credentials. Loomacord receives limited records such as customer or subscription identifiers, amount, plan, status, payment method summary, and fraud or dispute information needed to provide access and maintain accounting records.
5. When we share information
We share information with service providers needed to perform your requests; with workspace or team administrators where the account is part of an organization; at your direction; to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; when required by law; or as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the business subject to appropriate protections.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, protect sessions, remember preferences, preserve selected plans and attribution, and measure product performance. Blocking essential storage may prevent parts of the Service from working.
7. Retention
We retain account and work data while needed to provide the Service and for reasonable periods afterward for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention varies by data type and feature. Eligible saved work may be deleted using available account controls. Provider copies are also subject to the provider’s retention rules.
8. Security
We use measures designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, hashed passwords, signed sessions, access controls, input and upload safeguards, monitoring, and audit records. No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and report suspected compromise promptly.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to appeal or complain to a regulator. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We will verify requests as reasonably necessary and honor applicable rights without unlawful discrimination. Send requests to privacy@loomacord.com.
10. Children
Loomacord is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. An individual under 18 may not create or use an account. If you believe a child supplied personal information, contact privacy@loomacord.com.
11. International processing
Loomacord and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are handled using lawful safeguards. Local privacy rights remain available as provided by applicable law.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Service, providers, or law. Material changes will be posted with a revised date and additional notice where required. Contact privacy@loomacord.com with privacy questions or requests.
